Hi boss is BiS now as it's their official project now, Rocket is simply a PM for it. if BiS is AOK with his work ethics and communication skills I agree it's none of my business. We are just passing time here and as someone holding a senior position in SE myself I have additional professional interest in observing this slow motion disaster. And last - I guess being attracted to train wrecks is part of a human condition.P.S. Of course we have vacations as well as mandatory overtime.
