This produces large amounts of gas and consequently the body can burst. enforcer1975 1111 Posted March 3, 2013 How about exploding zombies? I know it sounds unrealistic but dayz has zombies, so you're going to have to break realism sometime. Anyway, they have a small blast range and they have suicide vests. Maybe they were dead terrorists. When you kill them, they explode. They would be rare to encounter so don't worry too much.Explosives don't necessarily explode when struck by a bullet...And IF then you would find suicide zombies only in Takistan...
