I apologize I was out taking care of some personal business. But there is no proof in stumbling across a body. Video or it isn't a legit kill. MSI Afterburner allows you to take video and it is free. I may have neglected to post this in the body of my original message but there is no 'proof' in a screenshot of a dead body. There is no proof that you fired the shots, there is no proof you killed him, it could have been zombies that killed him and left him next to that fence.

Next time make sure to get him upright and a screenshot of the "has been killed" message.

I will confirm that Inception, playing as Elfron did indeed put rounds into Steak.

Everyone that was on the server at the time, except for me/Elfron [we are the same person by the way] was in the same Teamspeak channel. They were all playing with each other [Kebab Remover, Retro, Steak and Potatoes, Star, Reznikov and Creep] at the time--working with each other. They wouldn't have shot each other.

I wonder then, why would they say for no reason, then? A chopper just doesn't kill itself, killing the pilot [steak] with itself, either.

If you look back at the first side chat snapshot in the picture I first posted, it reads: "I hope you guys aren't mad at me I just wanted to shoot a chopper"

Steak's reply: "i love dying", which means he's not mad.

The second image of the chopper and side chat shows:

"we were laughing in here by all means". That was to support that he and his crew weren't mad at me/Elfron killing him.

Still.. it said "confirmation of death", not "confirmation, that you killed him"

So however the death happend. (as long as no cheats are involved) The required person died and it is clear who the first person reporting that was.

Bitching around for it not turning out the way it was supposed to is cheap. When you make a deal with the devil, don't complain that he takes your request by the word, not the intention. :-) What would banditry be, if you couldn't betray all sides?

There was no rule against donating to a server. Steak, or anyone else at BB, had no idea about this contract here until after I had killed him.

My server is Picnic Table, not Balota Buddies. I'm in their teamspeak but am in a rush. I didn't expect this to come to fruition so quickly and as such had scheduled a bunch of IRL things. So I have approx 15 minutes before I have to go and am trying to send Inception the money ;)

To be fair I picked Steak and Potatoes out of a list of people on the forum I had only seen, but never actually interacted with.
