So, ive been running around, looting and gearing up, finding everything i need, except tools, i got no tools XD

but im curious, whats everyone's favorite gear-out?

Personally, i got 2;

1:

Primary; M4A3 CCO

Secondary; G17

Reserve; M4A1 CCO SD

and 2;

Primary; MK48 Mod 0

Secondary; G17

Reserve; M24

Why AKM? I can handle it very well, it needs a perfect handle. It's also being often used in ArmA II servers, I just got used to it.

i love the m24, it needs skill to actually use, great spotter rifle as well. and the 1911 is actually pretty great :D

akm is powerful. common, and its hell to go up against

Ideally a DMR or an M14 AIM with about 6 mags and a Glock 17 with 4 mags, perhaps an M67 or two, save the backpack and extra space for supplies.

If I could have any (reasonable) Arma weapon... probably an L85 ACOG. 4x scope with BDC and a red dot as well! I like that gun.

I like having something that works well fending off zombies but at the same time can off a bandit, my dream loadout would have to be an M4A3 CCO SD (maybe a G36 now if the SD variant is available) and M9 SD with an M40 in my bag just in case.

Forgot about the hatchet, on low pop servers if I'm going to NWAF I drop my primary and grab a hatchet, best zombie killer in the game. (And player killer, if used right)

What sucks is getting your camp raided by a 7 man squad and losing your best gear. I guess now I'm stuck with my ghillie, camo, civilian clothes, my nvgs and coyote backpack, a cco, saw and as50 :( I want my l85 and m24 back.

That's what I'm doing tomorrow. Getting up early. Got 2 apaches, me and my buddy are gonna slowly fly over every meter of land there is, and do it all again on foot. Were taking gear and ural, and a few kills, war on lingor. Hm, might make a series; "Blisters of Lingor"

I like to get an M14, I rarely grab a secondary, unless I have a backpack where I can store bandages.

DMR and M9 SD. Why DMR? Because its mostly all around gun. It might be not the best for CQB but it'll do. Thats why i like it.

I've had the same M107 for 5 months now? I haven't been playing for 5 months because I'm afraid to lose it. And the one bullet that it has left is for some special someone.

- DMR to slaughter bandits.

- Coyote backpack with a FN FAL in it, to defend my self in citys.

- M9 SD to take out zombies.

AS50 + M14 in the most ideal situation.

Otherwise M24 + M14.

M14 is my best close-mid range gun.

AS50 is always nice because of the 1 shot kill.

M24 is also a f*cking easy gun to use and headshot with so that would also be ok.

AS50 or DMR if it's night - helps keeping NWAF clear of any unwanted intruders :)

M4A1 CCO SD - trusted companion for silent zombie extermination

having NVGs is always nice and a Coyote to keep as much steaks and sodas as possible :P

Depends on what we're going to be up against.

90% of the time I have:

Primary; M16A4 ACOG ///It's a great distance rifle with quick range finding, Also good for up close if firing from "hip"

Secondary; M9 SD, or PDW (SD if I have one) ///I always like having a SD weapon for the zeds

Reserve(if any); Mk 48 Mod 0 ///Crowd control, lots of bullets, 1 hit kill on zeds, IT'S BAD ASS...Just loud.

Either that of have an M4A3 SD CCO as Primary

Primary: M14 - it is the most versatile tool out there and a livesafer.

Secondary: M9 SD (zombies), G17 (big mags, fairly accurate, flashlight)

Reserve: Mk 48 Mod 0 - good against anything and anyone, esp. good against vehicles and slow aircrafts.

About M14/DMR: The (great) DMR is actually the same rifle, just another optics on top of it.

Which rifle is better one? Depends on how you're approaching a combat situation.

Imho rushing in, using surpise effect, suppressive fire and only starting a firefight in close combat range or in range of about 200m gives you the best survival chances.
