DayZ Extreme lag issue

Hi.I tried to play DayZ but after 1-2 mins the game start to lag extremely.i dont have steam version,and the problem isnt my pc.

I only found this to repair it:

1. Go to your Steam library

2. Right-click on Arma 2, then choose properties

3. Press "Launch options"

4. Here, enter -CpuCount=#, with # being your number of CPU's.

but because i dont have the steam version,i dont know how to do this.

AMD with 2 mag,1 gb nvidia videocard and 4 gb ram

my graphics settings are on minimal,i turned off everything i had to.

but i said i dont have the steam version.Or where i can find this "launch options" part?

Create a shortcut of the Arma 2 beta and put that in the target field in properties, after the file location.
