The waking up after being unconscious bug

I've been wondering for a while now if they ever intend to fix this bug at all since it haven't been fixed already. we all know it, frustrating as it can be. especially at Taviana, where the zombies are really deadly. you almost always end up dead if you faint with a couple of zombies after you.

after you wake up from being unconscious the character is reaching for his weapon about 20 times before he actually gets up and then he has to reach for his weapon AGAIN which takes another 10 seconds. I can't even begin to tell how much this shit annoys me. It's litterly a death trap in it self to faint.

I was under the impression that this was just another deliberate implementation of annoyance we have all grown to loath of the Arma engine over the past year.

Playing the Arma engine will seriously test your sanity over any period of time.

Also, the delay of death is annoying. And not being able to move while throwing is annoying, I died many times to this.. I was trying to attack zeds and I had my firemode on "throw", so I paused for a second and got knocked out + eaten.

Well irl if you get badly hurt to the point of unconsciousness you don't just get back up and sprint away as if nothing has happened do you?

thought this was going to be about the actual bug! Where sometimes after you wake up from being unconscious, your sound doesn't come back properly. You get stuck with the muffled volume of being unconscious until you disconnect/reconnect. Now THATS a bug :P

Yeah well. you don't just lay there reaching for your invisible weapon 20 times and then take 10 seconds to grab your rifle before running away.

and if i ever wake up in a actual zombie apocalypse after fainting and see zombies eating me then you can be damn sure i'm gonna run like hell immediately after waking up. I'm not just gonna sit there while they eat me.

Im pretty sure you only run through half the animation 3 times, then once all the way through as you actually get out your weapon. Id say 6 seconds all in all max? Probably about right for waking up after being literally knocked unconscious?

the timer itself need to be fixed.

Getting knocked down is a too common occurrence,because once you're down,you're dead.

The timer is far too long. I think the pain of being gnawed on by Zeds would wake anyone up fast.

That's just hollywood bunk. In real life, when you're bitten, you turn into a waffle.
