I've been globally banned. Where do I go from here?

Okay. The title says it all. I've been globally banned from DayZ. Yes, I attempted to script. Yes, my cd key was stolen. Yes, I regret it. I know how most people who post in the forums bash people for "hacking" so spare me that. All I need to know is what do I have to do to get back to playing DayZ as soon as possible. Do I re-purchase the game on steam? Do I need to create a new steam account? I've seen stories where people have re-purchased the game 7 times and still are banned. I just need to know how to get DayZ back without wasting much money. I'm completely okay with purchasing the game once more.

EDIT: You say you want to get back playing and why would we help you when you are a cheater? Your parents probably won't like paying for the game again anyway.
