No thanks, we already have enough punishments for bandits, DayZ should let you play how you want. There shouldn't even be a scoreboard.

Score boards , stats , achievements , goals , badges , stickers , golden stars , pats on the back , are all pretty much useless , since the only score that matters is , I am still alive and kicking , that is all .

I could imagine general statistics for your own character but i really don't see the point of Leaderboards, especially when at this moment in time you can change your name every respawn.

Agreed it would be nice to see your own stats such as Zombie kills, time spent alive, distance traveled and what not but as for leader boards i agree with the general concensus that they serve no real point in a game like DayZ.

I'd love to see a L4D style screen when you die, running threw every single thing possible in the game, and how many times you did that.

For example:

• Zombie kills
  
• Player Kills
  
• Player Bandages
  
• Self Bandages
  
• Other medical support etc.
  
• Vehicles repaired
  
• Distance ran
  
• Distance drove
  
• Distance swam
  
• Distance flown
  
• Distance floated
  

I won't go on anymore, but hopefully you get the idea of it.

I'd love to see, and be able to show off a great life I had in DayZ without having to record the entire time I was alive as proof. A simply death screen scrolling with stats like this (obviously it doesn't have to look the same) would fill that gap :)

I'd say no player counter either, I made a post a while back explaining why.
