SA servers coincide with mod servers?

I've been playing on BS servers for weeks, waiting for the damn standalone, Ive been waiting to buy a server so i dont waste $50 before standalone comes out.

if i buy one now, will i be able to hopfully switch it to a standalone server?

im tired of dealing with hackers, and i dont like populated servers so whitelisted private hives are out.

I know Dayz.st has said in their thread they will allow users to switch between mod and standalone. Here at HFB we will also allow users to switch between at no cost.
