Can't Play DayZ, got games installed

I own Arma2, arma2: operation arrowhead, arma2 oa beta

but everytime i launch DayZcommander so will this popup "we coulden't find arma0oa" (something like that), would you like to buy the game right now?

how do i get it to work?

You have to run ArmA 2 and then Operation Arrowhead right up to the main menu once each before installing DayZ. :)

Not sure how DayZCommander works but have you pointed the OA's .exe for it?

Have you started the games manually first like it says? If both ArmA and OA launch with no problems then check the settings in DZC point to the correct game directories.

Go to settings in DayZ Commander, override the location of them and type it in manually to where you have the game installed.

Yeah, the default locations are the Steam install directory. If you didn't buy the games through Steam then you'll have to override them.

Works fine now, but there is an delay when i move, the character move after ~1 sec?

Like if i press "W" the character starts to move after 1 sec, is it supposed to be like that?

I can max bf3 so i thought i could do the same with arma2?

Lol, no.

You can't max ArmA unless you've got a £2k+ PC, pretty much anyone can max. BF3 these days.

Turn anti-aliasing and shadows down to 'normal' and disable PPoE and post-processing completely for a start.
