It's been about 2 weeks, and they either have a real heavy load of mail, or they have chosen to ignore me.

This is f****** ridiculous as it has basically robbed me. What do I do?

You will normally get a response, even if it's just a default 'there is evidence to prove that you have cheated blah blah blah' message. Do email them again.

If it's a non legit ban BE will overturn it. But those are rare.

If you bought another copy of the game and were still banned then it's probably still using your old CD key.
