So I bought Arma 2 :CO A while back..

started playing dayz, eventually got good, decided to try a hack, got global banned (lol i nob hacker didnt know i needed bypass) and if im banned on Arma2 oa, when Standalone comes out will I be banned on that too?

Tut tut, naughty naughty. You won't be banned on standalone because it's a different CD key.

Steam Key*

The key will be linked to the steam account. The ban does not carry over because it's an entirely different game and the Standalone will most likely and unfortunately not use BattlEye when it comes out.

At least stolen Keys will no longer be a problem with the game being linked to steam.
