verozo 0 Posted January 1, 2013 I found a server near my location (Singapore) and it gives a handgun and a map with some food and bandages too. But even with these, it's really hard to survive alone. Having that gun doesn't really help, I'm attracting more attention if I were to shoot. And how do you guys manage to loot big towns, or even small ones, with so many of them walking and crawling around. Sometimes they even notice me while im crouching and walking slowly. On a side note, anyone wanna group up with me to show me the ropes or something? I dont mind newbies too, we can learn together :P
Mr Nasty 1023 Posted January 1, 2013 You can lose zombies by running through thick bushes and trees to break line of sight. Or you can run through a building it will slow the zombies down to a walk when they are indoors.

Nuubio 61 Posted January 1, 2013 Hmm, I wouldn't recommend watching Frankie's videos, not because of the thing he most likely did (the h___ing/scr___ing), but because his videos are full of action and highlights which gives new players a wrong impression of the mod. *Exile* Sami 188 Posted January 1, 2013 The biggest tip i could give is avoid other players at ALL cost, and avoid cities unless you need to go there. Both of those are deathtraps, after playing DayZ since the very day it came out thats what ive learned the best.
