So I killed this bandit who automatically rage quitted as soon as he died. I picked up some of his stuff and he had a mutant heart. It's an equipment and the descrption says ''Rare artifact, no one knows, how works''

Anyone has any idea what it does?

Its from Namalsk.. the new update. The mutant heart is loot that is found on the dead body of a bloodsucker. I have no idea what it actually does.. I've not seen one yet.

One of them makes your undetectable to bloodsuckers, one makes you immune to blowout. Not sure which you got though.

Oh cool, they are adding in artifacts to Namalsk also. In STALKER which all of that extra stuff comes from, artifacts give you bonuses to things. Carry more, more stamina, less radiation, etc...I didn't know they had them in the mod which is cool. I'd kill to be invisible to Bloodsuckers since they aren't done right yet lol

Well, yesterday we found a set of special googles, wich makes you immune to the EVR event, so I guess the heart makes you udetectable by the Bloodsuckers, given your statement is true.

I think the line of reasoning behind the APSI device is that it's connected to A1 and A1 is programmed to exclude APSI devices and anything near them from the sequence somehow. It's a bit silly, I agree.

Is Namalsk still a DayZ mod? Not sure this sci-fi Stalker poopburger should be on DayZ Commander but hey, that's just me.Iliked the map a lot before the blowout/Blooduskcer thing (except for that special gun)

UPDATE I also forgot to mention that the bandit in question that I have looted the Mutant heart also had APSI glasses. Apparently, you can also foresee blowouts 30 seconds before launch with these lil bad boys. The mutant heart hasnt made me immune to anything until now. I'll have a look at stalking bloodsuckers onto me and see what happens.
