Need to reset my character

Hey guys

I have just played DAy z for a couple of days.

Suddenly I died from a bug insite a house and the screen froze when the hourglass appeared. I had to shut the game down and now each time I join a (new or old) server it is stuck there.

Do anyone know how I can reset it, so I would just spawn at the beach again as if I was dead?

Post it along with your character ID (go into arma 2, go to your character, and it should be in the bottom left corner of the menu) and you should be good, even if it doesn't get approved.

Did you actually die, death message and everything? If not you're probably just knocked out, I can come wake you up if you like.

Okay thanks.. What is strange is that I can go to the unofficial servers and there is no problems. But when I go to offcial servers, as soon as i login I "die" or what it is called when the hourclass is coming. But the strange thing is that the hourglass is not running out and I cant write anything, but I can still see people chatting and flies flying around. Okay I will post the bugg.

Unofficial servers have a separate hive with a separate character, not effected by your main hive one. The hourglass just means you're passed out, an epi-pen will wake you right up. Go ahead and add me on Steam (Herr Jon) and we'll get in touch.

If you log out while unconscious then you automatically get a 10 min hourglass when you log back in. You either wait for it to expire or get somebody to epipen you but if you log out before its finished it goes back up to 10 mins.

Get someone to come and either epi-pen or kill you.
