If possible attach some reference work such as 3D models you have made and we'll take a look at it and get back to you ASAP.It would appear, given the bolded text in the quote above, that they are specifically in need of 3D modelers and I think it would be easier for you to get a direct reply and line of communication opened if you used their contact form, which you can find here.
