Global banned

So yesterday morning when i logged in i received the message global banned with code #f9c617 .

No idea what i've done wrong to receive this , i deffinitly didn't cheated and last thing i remember me doing in game was playing on a taviana map crashed a helicopter respawned and logged off.

So i sended a message to Battle eye support but yeah some of my friends say you can wait forever to get a response from them...

Anyone else has this and might have another idea how to resolve this or get a faster response from BE?

And don't start with bullshit on this topic like if you got global banned you deffinitly know you did something wrong or shit like that... I know i never cheated and i'm just leaving it with that. So only helpfull responses please.

No other way...or buy a new game and stop loading stuff that is supposed to help with lag, graphics etc....

Or stop using hacks.

The ban was issued by BattleEye. How do you expect anyone else to be able to resolve this faster than them?

Edit; Besides, this is a ban from ARMA 2, not DayZ. There is nothing anyone can do, here.
