Will this new game 'standalone' be Playable for mac?

My laptop cannot play this game smoothly and i really want to play this gamee up for download on that . I have a mac computer which is great for the game but im not sure if it will be up for download on this platform(mac)........... Any response would be greata thank you!

It's a possibility, considering that rocket has said more than once that making money is not his priority, and that's mainly the reason why games aren't ported over to Mac in the first place. Well that, and they cannot afford to, considering ArmA was on about a 120,000 dollar budget for creating the game. Besides, unless you are running a Hackintosh, some Mac parts are SERIOUSLY overpriced.

It's a nice idea though.

If you think Macs are great for games then there is your problem, bootcamp is probably going to be the only way.

Bootcamp works fine...never had any problems with it.

Have fun...it's quite an easy task to do. :D

You could also take a look at CrossoverGames, VMWare Fusion and Cider,

but I'm pretty sure that you'll end up with Bootcamp again.

For those who don't know what Bootcamp is.

You can create a Partition for Windows on your Mac, install WIndows and

then go to a single Apple-Website to install all Drivers for your Hardware. Simple.
