nothing (I assume). unless some new mechanic is introduced.

it isn't the most convenient of solutions though. then again, neither is searching for antibiotics on chernarus.

If disease is going to be rampant to the point where Rocket is actually naming the disease my assumption players will be able to produce meds in a lab to either prevent or heal you by collecting necessary ingredients. If its real hardcore and disease is to the point where its virtually unavoidable than hazmat suits should be available loot as a very rare clothing. Or simply up the amount of antibiotics found on the map....
