Siberian (DayZ) 527 Posted October 20, 2012 i had the opposite happen...i cornered a Zombie in one of those small buildings with only 1 exit/entrance and dropped a grenade in and run out..no BOOM, no nothing, zombie stumbled out like nothing happened, cuz it didnt apparently.grenade not in my inventory or on teh ground in teh building..guess it was a dud. talk about a let down. rooneye 135 Posted October 20, 2012 Do buildings have sort of an HP? i.e they have 1000 hit points and just say they were damaged all the way down to 1 and the smoke grenade does like 3 damage if it hits so therefore the building is destroyed as it went below 0 HP. Buildings can't tell the difference between HE and Smoke grenades. Never has been able to.But yeah if you want to report someone for BIS shitty coding, go for it.
