I have a small group of friends who play every afternoon. I also am a part of much larger groups and own my run quite large group however most of out guys have stopped playing DayZ. at the moment there's 3 of us playing Namalsk every day. Feel free to join us. Hey me and my squad are going to come and check out your server and just wondering how many vehicles do you have on it?

This was just him showing his skills, we used this on a server with more choppers and as u might know people use choppers to find other choppers/vehicles from the air. If u park it inside something like this cave, they can't find it by flying over, and if they find it while on the ground and try to fly it out, they have to be decent pilots to get em out without dying. So they can't use our own choppers against us. And yes flying a chopper aint that hard to do but parking it in a cave like this is pretty hard to do it without crashing.

Just wanted to get a list together of Vehicles that would be useful to put into the game or just what people want to see. I know this may have been done before but oh well :) Anyway so lay it out nice and easy for people to follow EG: Name: Chinook Uses: Can carry multiple players also has the ability to carry Vehicles. Anybody wants to play Namalsk on team speak now? I have found the best server so far it restarts every 3h and plenty of vehicles heli crashes n shit... I can help u make your way around.

Hi - A quick question... Without Rmod (but on a Bliss private), can I add other vehicles, like these (http://www.armatechsquad.com/ArmA2Class151656165165341654165165165165f/OA/vehicles/Wheeled/) - Or will this cause issues with battleye etc? I know I can't do it with the map editor from dayz.st, but I wondered if I can manipulate the MySQL entries via phpmyadmin to change their class? Is it that simple? and if it is, will it cause battleye / whitelist issues? Finally question, if I do install rMod, will the other vehicles become available via the excellent dayz.st map editor? :D Thanks :) Mike.

I haven't had problems with tents or vehicles that weren't caused by the server in a long time.

So finally I got response (din't bother with counting the hours of delay), but not happy about it at all. Will forward some general info to you, to help making your own decision. I made it. SS replied: If you respond to the same ticket it will take longer for us to reply because our support ticket system will look at the "last reply" to determine which tickets to answer first. This is why you haven't received a timely response. I knew they would apologize it with something similar. Yep, it is my fault you got useless ticket system or useless use of it. Nice Unfortunately, the Bliss 4.0 update means we no longer support rMod (does not work with 1.7.3) and so we've had to remove it entirely including all vehicles. I've updated your server to commandline :: Chernarus because it was empty (I think because of rMod). Your server works fine now. But I want rMod server as ordered, our player base is used to it, can't tell them no Vodnik's any more :) We built community on tempered use of rMOd items (no jets, tanks etc.) to enrich the standing waters of Dayz and to make a nice place where people can play and have fun with the mod till Dayz SA is out. Adding to this I think you should have to troubleshoot and identify any mechanical damage to vehicles and click on the parts to be repaired. When cleaning and maintaining the weapons there should be a exploded view and you need to click each part to clean and attach. Yup realism yeah! Can you imagine the joys of skinning / butchering, doing medical procedures, digging the holes for your new base! Woo hoo that there is what i call fun!

How do you feel about females playing DayZ or other games in general? It doesn't matter what anyone thinks, games aren't made for a specific gender. (I'm fine with it btw.) Do you go out of you way to help/kill suspected female players? I go out of my way to help anyone who isnt a bandit no matter what gender they are and so long as they ask nicely lol. Do you think girls can hold their own in games? Yes, I don't know why they wouldn't be able to. Does it scare you when a girl gets behind the wheel in a Ural? Honestly, it scares me when anyone but myself gets in the drivers seat of a vehicle I am inside. People accidently crashing and blowing up vehicles has happened to me way too much.

Trying to fix helicopters is fun for a while, building a multiple tent base somewhere is good. Hoarding as many vehicles as you can find etc..

It is a mod which lets you add extra/custom vehicles like the BTR or littlebird etc.

Ok, I tested out #1 Taviana test server and first impressions: cool! custom buildings look neat and sabina had nice layout and "real" city feeling although most of the big apartment blocks weren't lootable. Coulnd't find any vehicles though I just played 1h. If this is going to be later on DayZCommander and Vilayer map package... can't wait :D

I had a bit of a play on the server last night. There were 2 guys on the server, and they were talking on side about how they'd found some vehicles as I was looting mogilevika, when suddenly I hear a UAZ outside. I run out of the building and start unloading into the UAZ. I was side on though, so I wasn't having much luck, aside from breaking a few windows. About a minute later the guy comes out with "your a dick head..." "why don't you just fuck off you faggot bandit" or something like that. At this point I'm literally the only other person on the server, and this idiot had managed to find me. He insisted that he knew where I was for quite awhile, meanwhile I flanked them, found his friends UAZ and took it. The server you have here is nice, but jesus christ there are some babies out there.

No, I pretty much only play on 1 server since all my camps and vehicles are on it, and it usually has a low population (10-12 is the most I've ever seen on it). I also play at night a lot since I have NVGs and I don't think I've ever seen someone join during nighttime.

This server should be avoided when ever a certain two people died the server got restarted with no warning. Do not bother wasting your time on this server run by little girls who can't play the game and restart when ever they die.

Thanks for starting this thread. I was just wondering why I have been having a HELL of a time finding a bike on the coast, right after a server restart, no less. The problem with this is that you invariably get stuck on a server you wish you never joined just to get the vehicle. I got 2 nice vehicles with a ton of gear in... 3082. I have pleasant dreams at night if I think of that server owner being keel-hauled whilst I drift off to slumber-land.

Vehicles still not working on my server, sent a support ticket 2 days ago about it, still no reply

Has anyone else noticed the ural (not sure about other vehicles) has no fuel after a server restart. Or is it just leaking out?

My advice for new players is: Avoid crowded servers. Servers with more than 20 players usually are groups of hackers playing death match with each other, or - even worse - hackers hunting down and killing regular players for fun. There really is no point in trying to compete with players who have unlimited food, weapons and ammunition, who can spawn vehicles and teleport themselves and other players around the map. If you want to play DayZ, find an empty server, up to 5 players, hackers rarely join these servers, as there are not enough people to have fun with. There you can learn how to stay alive, collect some items, eventually build a little camp, without being killed every evening by some script kiddie who is not capable to play the game without spawning item crates and slaughtering other players helps them to overcome their inferiority complex. I really hope DayZ/Bohemia Interactive/BattleEye will be able to get rid of the hacker problem in the standalone version. I already gave up any hope for the mod.
