We booted up a new server today, and my buddy was given an extra note while joining. "Hit F3 for menu" He can spawn vehicles, teleport, the works. We're not scripters, nor does he have any knowledge of hacking. Someone F*&^%$ up, but it was an entertaining night lol

The Chosen Few X is looking to add a few members to its team. Are you tired of working alone and getting killed by bandits you frequently don't even see? Killed by those who have superior weapons and vehicles before you hardly even have a chance to find a hatchet or Makarov pistol? We were, and that's why we formed The Chosen Few X We are a small tight knit group that works together as a team rather than a massive army of people that don't know most of the other guys in the clan. Our clans leadership does not take an elitist attitude where only they get the best weapons and vehicles. We try to make sure everyone is geared up to make them an effective part of the squad. While new members won't be given the very best weapons right out of the gate, they will get the opportunity to earn them or gather them during our raids. In return we expect members to help replenish supplies and help each other stay equipped or get re-equipped if and when they get killed. We've come to learn to shoot first and ask questions later. We do like to help people but DayZ is about survival and we put our team before others. We're not looking to hunt down unarmed new spawns (unless we know it's someone that deserves to be hunted) but take little pity on anyone that is armed if they seem to pose a threat to our squad during a mission. We consider ourselves raiders and like to gather gear and vehicles but enjoy engaging bandits and any unfriendly factions when those opportunities present themselves. With that said, we like to have fun and have some laughs. We do FRAPS record and want to post more video on YouTube. We are looking for some good natured guys that are looking for a fun time with a group who strongly believes in teamwork. We are running our own Chernarus server with Battleye and kick any hackers. We have recently made a server, where we actively wish for new people, and for the most part, have fun! We have several admins that do not abuse any of our powers, and will restore your lost loot, or vehicles, if they've been lost due to a bug. Just started playing here for the last couple days. Really good server, good amount of vehicles but still not an overwhelming amount so they feel exclusive when you have them. A group of hackers came in and within minutes an admin came in and banned the whole group. Awesome server, should be here for a while.

Hacking. Hacking is the worst. It will always be the worst. But listen to me, do NOT attempt it. Well we have all been killed by hackers. Some know, it some don't. Some of us have been killed more times, some have been killed less. I was an avid player of DayZ from early May to yesterday (December 27th). I say was because something happened. I lost my cool. I have died many times do to hackers. Sometimes I was killed with no gear and no vehicles, other times I lost full kits and helicopters. On Christmas eve I finally lost it. Me and a friend had just fixed us up a huey and Mi17. We were having a blast. We were giving rides because we felt like spreading Christmas joy. About 30 people were on the server and we were getting pretty popular. Not a single person shot at us. Best of my DayZ. Anyways, to get to the point a hacker got on and decided to ya know teleport the whole entire server. He spawn us so far into debug plains that we would never escape. We spawn with no gear, no vehicles, not even a flashlight. I rage quit like most of the server. Intent on getting back at the hackers and become the god I did something monstruous. I went on to google and searched everything I needed to hack. I then downloaded a so called battleye "bypass" and tried to use it. It didn't work. I continued to search until I had downloaded 8 different hacking programs. None worked. I tried to get on yesterday and got slapped in the face with a global ban. Someone had stolen my CD-Key. I warn you, never attempt to hack. I was stupid, ignorant, and lastly I was being a child. I apologize to the community for my attempted wrecking of your joy. I'm sorry. So long DayZ, I'm done.

Unfortunately you cannot attach satchels to vehicles or structures, they can only be placed on a horizontal surface like ground or building floor. However you can use helicopters as a "guided jihad bomb" to take down buildings with people in them. In fact helicopter crash explosion splash damage is more powerful than satchel charges and kills everyone with in 50m of the impact crater. By the way if you have enough satchels you can bring down just about any building in DayZ, it's part art and part science of DayZ Troll lol lol I have developed:

Survivor: This is a plain and simple survivor, they survive with the group and do the dirty work. They raid places, collect supplies and find items on their own while everyone else is securing a town. They have to be quick, silent and most of all deadly. Sniper: Long range attack, cover protection. Has no backup and needs to be on their toes at all times. Must be able to fend for themselves and must be able to shoot to kill. No mistakes, no fear. Assault: Has a itchy trigger finger when needed but keeps caution at all times. These are the brutes of the group that have to have good aim and a good brain. Their is no room for mistake here, if the driver/pilot fails and we all die, it is their fault. This is like the hardcore settings of games, no room for errors, no room for mistakes. Heavy(HMG/LMG): This class is the most dangerous class, they have to be the person who takes all the fire but fires more back. They must be able to fire a HMG/LMG with accuracy and be able to hit things with it. They must be cautious about their surroundings and be able to tackle recoil. This is the fun class. Medic: This class is the important class, they usually carry a LMG and have all the medical supplies we would ever need. They need to play cautiously, if they die with medical supplies, we all may even die. They need to watch their back and stay in the middle of the group at all times. Here I'm going to add some situations that we need to handle responsibly and effectively Rules of Engagement: These will be explained once your accepted into the server and the group. Ambushes: Ok so this is kind of the manual of our group, if your in an ambush find cover immediately, move out in a group of two's and keep close to your partner, you have to get each others back whatever the cost. If your partner dies you need to find a group and join them. Pairing off in two's is the best way as you don't have a huge group together who are easy targets, two people make less of a target than 5. If your on a street go behind walls, into buildings. If something happens where we're raiding we will set up a re-grouping point and you need to make your way there. Pinned Down By Sniper Fire: If you are pinned down by sniper fire, say "Pinned Down, Sniper (What sort of gun he has)" this helps us get into positions, if a guy had an AS50, we know he can destroy vehicles so its harder for us to escape. Hello, Question, i have been playing in this servers for quite a while now. Its is possible to swich between this server and hold your gear. But i have been looking around in both server but so far i have not seen any vehicles or what so ever. So anybody that know what the server stats are like resetting time etc. I could not find any information about this. So if someone can help. Thank you!

Server messages do not appear to working. The BAF_Offroad_W & the policecar work on Chernarus. Any chance to have these added to the map tool? As a side question, anyone have a list of vehicles other than the defaults that work?

If you're in Europe, the Wireworld UK server I play on may suit you well. We usually have between 5-25 players on, so you have enough space and time to gear-up, repair vehicles and pitch some tents (and steal stuff from other people) during the quieter times, but you can easily find some PvP (player versus player) action during the busier times. So there's a good balance between survival and PvP. The best thing is that nearly everyone uses the server's teamspeak, so you can jump into a channel and join up with some players for the evening informally without having to join a clan. The rule is: don't shoot people in your own TS channel, but everyone else (except new spawns) is a legitimate target. I played alone for the first few weeks, but now I wouldn't play without two or three other guys in my TS channel - it's so much more fun. Wireworld runs the very latest community beta patch. Follow the instructions in the above link - basically join the lobby and get kicked (this is so your player name and id is logged in the database), then email the address in the 'kick message' with your GUID, and finally download the latest beta (3 PBO files) from the link you're given.
