Thermal is pretty good in a group. Although I was in a situation a while back in a clan fight, we had an l85 and m107. The other clan had an m107 and AS50. Pretty much shut us down because of the terrain. We went 1kill-1death but their two snipers pretty much had their location locked down and we had to back out of the fight.
