civillan: "hello" in chat

I was on a private hive server and on the side chat channel (blue).

Suddenly a off-white message displayed in the chat - Civilian: "Hello" and a robotic voice said hello.

Does that mean there was a hacker on the server?

I have no clue man, anything skecthy like that just makes me want to log off immediately. One time I was in a building and I heard someone over voice chat, then a rabbit jumped through the wall and turned to look at me so I logged off. Scripters are everywhere!
