Dayz - Lag - Stuttering Lag Every Two seconds

Last night i finely re installed Dayz after a long break, When i get into the game it starts to freeze every two to five seconds i have tried many settings with the graphics , restarted my pc , have re installed Arma , and so on. I can play Arma just fine on single player with high graphic settings with out any lag issues or stuttering. I thought it could be the Dayz new update but i have not come across any one with the same problem in the latest forums post. It's kinder annoying now because I not long ago got a new graphics card and would like to enjoy Dayz on high settings and not the crappy settings i had before on my old graphics card.

PC Specs:

AMD FX 4100 - 3.60 Ghz CPU

12 GB of Ram - Yes they are all matching ram cards before you ask :P

Windows 7 - 64bit

Radeon HD 1GB XFX Ghost 6850

If any one is having similar problems and solved that could help me i would be very great-full.

Some server seem to be very laggy compared to others due to them not restarting often. You should try some other servers as the server you are using may be the problem.

Figured out the problem....It was to do with my firewall (ZoneAlarm) Had to uninstall it seems like zonealarm is not great for the gamer.
