no, it is not allowed to speak over voice chat in game mate. You can type to side chat or talk in our TS.

That is our method of automatically teleporting anyone who spawns in the sea. Let the silent warrior work and it will move you out of the sea. Load in and wait for it to kick you, then load in again and you should respawn somewhere on land :)
