Read the post on this page it will tell you Panda took the server down for a fresh install what could take 2-3 hours.

So this means the server is indeed down for 2-3 hours

He hopes to fix the lagg issues this way. I hope it works

Well I think the first couple of hours will be pretty quiet and in the evening more people will come online again and give it a try. Depends if the lagg issues are fixed

Not to my knowledge, I think after getting whitelisted you're set for all of them.

Server came back on but I was only on for a few seconds before it went down again.

Doesn't seem like it yet, we all got kicked out "session lost", ping 10,000 etc, waiting for it to come back on :(

I only play privatehive, whitelist servers. A friend recommended the server and I'd be happy to try to survive on it.
