We should extend it to include many other ailments, such as random infection of the humours which have to be treated with Potentiated Salamander Oil. This would be very rare spawn, but could have almost unlimited use.Other ailments should include Muscular Dystrophy and Cystic fibrosis (with different mutations causing different penetrance).
