Reliable servers for pitch a tent

This is a second time in the last week when I pitch a tent on some server putting my precious stuff in there just to find the server is down after 2 days....So I'm looking some reliable servers (preferably but not necessarily daytime when it's night in real world GMT and european) which will be there for a while. I'm sick of losing my stuff not by glitches, not by thieves but by goddamn vanishing servers.

Any recommendations?

AFAIK there is no reliable answer, IMO there is no way to know if a server will 'last' for a long time.

I've had the same problem as you; trying to make a home on a public server somewhere, but to no avail. I gave up searching, I'm just living out of my

backpack now.
