Put it on a zombie body and bury it. You wont get banned for it though, at least not from BE. A server admin may ban you.

I found one of these last night in a loot pile in a shed. It sure looked like it spawned in there. I don't like the look, so I didn't get it, but are we sure it's hacked in?

The difference is he found soldier clothing which has a helmet i think and is illegal and not a proper part of the dayz items what you found was camo clothing which is exactly what you linked its legit and on the dayz wiki so theres your proof but soldier camo and camo clothing are different :)
