So, I am fairly new at this game, but I found a bike and when I hopped onto it I instantly died. Is this just a bug?

I have no idea to tell you the truth. haha. that is funny though. murder by sitting on a bike in a painful way.

Sounds like the bike was being used as bait. Did you hear a bang, by any chance?

If you died, you were most likely sniped as previously mentioned...

If your bike doesn't work uphill, that means the tires are shot (look at the indicators in the top left of the screen. If they are red, that means you need to repair your bike).

If your bike has green indicators, you can go at a good speed uphill, and over 70kmh downhill.

I found a bike at the bottom of a lake a couple days ago. I could sit on it, but I couldn't move it.
