Any way to freeze lunar cycle?

Recommended Posts

So seeing as the server uses a lunar cycle to determine how dark it is at night, would there be any way to force it to stick to a time during the cycle when it is light?

Our servers empty out most nights simply because the night in ArmA2 is way, way too dark at times and it would be nice if we can make a compromise between having it just dark enough that lighting tools are necessary, but not dark enough that it looks like your monitor is off when your flashlight is off.

I recall something in the arma beta patch changelogs, that might help you.

Haven't tested it though.

Thats what came into my mind as well. Night but with mostly clear sky and full moon,so that you can see atleast few meters without flashlight.
