joeoblong@yahoo.com 614 Posted September 30, 2012 (edited) Woke up about 3 am figured I'd hop on the server since it restarts at around 2ish and look for crash sites. I was the only one on so after refilling the chopper (damn bug) I took off for the crashsite Bremuda triangle. I fly over NWAF and there are 2 almost across from each other. I land in between them and sneek over to the 1st one OMFGWTFBBQ BLAMO! L-85 My heart sinks, I have been actively trying to find one for over 2 months now! This sucks I find one today because we got a new scout / sniper team that joined the squad yesterday. I am no longer needed in that role. I don't need it or want it any longer!! A BIG Eff you to the evil RV engine and your psychic abilities.. Your deviant sense of humor... not fudging funny! I don't know what kind of evil magic those programs spun into that code, but it is truly a mind effer! Now I am trying to find a MK since my new role is gunner! :thumbsup: (oh btw the 2nd site dropped a SAWz but that still doesn't make up for all that time wasted)The good of it is I will earn more brownie points with the new guys! :P I gave the sniper an AS-50 and 6 mags for back up (keeping my DMR tho <3), tonight the scout gets the thermal. I swear if I never see the MK i will goto BIS and kick everyone there in the shins! >:( You've been warned Bohemia! Do you think I did a bad move there?I saw a crash site with 3 AN/PVS FAL's and 1 regular yesterday, its really not that rare OR good as the scope is completely useless in the daytime, id go the AKM any day over it Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Perhaps I wouldn't mind so much if it was really as rare as it's supposed to be, but yea, you know how DayZ is atm.I hope the standalone brings back the "OMG I FOUND AN XYZ" type feeling that I had when I first launched this game up. At first sure things will be new and exciting! But after people search and save equipment, the forums will erupt into i wish "XYZ" weren't in the game. (Reasons will be realism, over powered, or something) I do hope they figure out a better loot system tho. But unless they have BIS run servers, you'll find servers that restart every 3 or 4 hours to refresh the loot.
