Crossbow arrows?

yes, you have to use the mouse wheel while looking at the arrow. Try to get head shots as it's apparently easier to get your arrows back.

Yeh, sometimes. Half the time it doesn't let me pick them up, I wouldn't bother with the crossbow until a quiver is implemented tbh.

i would love to use the crossbow but never have and wont until arrows stack, a quiver would be the best thing. i also heard the crossbow was buffed to 8k damage is that true?

Arrows shot into a zombie should show up in corpse's inventory when they die. Would make it so much easier to get them back off the bodies.

I agree.

However it really isnt that hard to get them back. Just another quirk about the Arma engine. If they fall toward you, chances are 70% you wont get the bolt back. When they fall back just keep on rollin' that mouse wheel while hovering over the bolt, you'll get it. I played for like 5 hours one day with only 3 bolts. Killed about ~40 zed. Was amazing, too bad the thing sucks in PvP.

You all say you want a quiver, but where would it go? Backpack slot? Sidearm slot? Tool belt? Think about that...Also would it increase reload time? Decrease it? Would you have a chance to lose bolts by going prone? Swimming? IMO...fuck a quiver and just make them stack in inventory.

It is random if you can pick the steel bolt back up after shooting it, its all luck. :)
