whats next for dayz soon ?

well not seen much happen for last two months other than a few small fixes what is going to be next ?

any news on when dogs will be added or something else to make the game a bit more exciting ?

any new good patches close by or is everything being saved for the standalaone now ?

I think dogs will be the last thing out there for the mod. Rest of the work is probably going for the standalone, that's what I hope atleast :)

Agreed with Voddler. The dogs are a wishlist item more than a necessity. I'd hope that more efforts are going into the stand alone release at this stage than anything else.

Agreed, I want to see all efforts focused on the standalone. Now they've opened up the private hive situation there's going to be some interesting servers to play on though. I've already seen a few with some heavy changes on the way with regards to weapons and vehicles and even a mod spin-off. Happy day's!

Ive heard rumours of private hive servers running all these wierd and wonderful mods but yet to see any or play on any. I'd love to arrange some games within our community on some of the better ones at some point soon.

Rocket said so himself that he is hoping that more members of the community continue to assist with supporting the community with updates and content while he continues to push forward with more important tasks. IE Standalone.

ill be happy with the mod so long as fresh maps continue to chug along outa Vilayer..

its keeping the game far fresher then anything you can expect to be released until the standalone from Rocket..

no complaints as of right now..
