the Arma system is such that to make a winter version of the map means a complete redo of the map. If you want an example, check the Thirsk maps on armaholic.com

yeah Thirsk is quite a nice map, only 150km though

It would be nice if the map had the size to add elevation to specific locations with snowfall i.e. mountain summits and when you come back down closer to sea level in storm its starts reforming to rain again giving a dynamic sandbox
