i wub pugs 16 Posted June 13, 2012 duping is fun' date=' huh?[/quote']Yeah exactly what I thought. I played for like 2 weeks straight, maybe more and with a clan and we got one pair of NVGs between us.I love these guys with tents full of NVGs and high power rifles.Hacking is ruining the game? How bout the duping, hopping, farming, general gay behavior in pursuit of more shit to stick in a tent just so you can post a screenshot.Yeah yeah I know, you didn't put up a screen but plenty do.Forgive me if I laugh when people with a ton of gear die for no reason."Oh noes not my gear not with the ease of finding literally all you could need within 5 to 10 minutes."Good job contradicting yourself, moron.Hacking in any game causes moaning. It's not about losing gear.Well I for one as a seasoned ArmA player find this hilarious because we didn't have hacking in ArmA before Day Z came along' date=' now it's the norm. It's your guy's game now, enjoy the company you brought along!:D[/quote']Thanks for confirming your ignorance when it comes to hacking and people moaning. You're nothing short of a retard for assuming people moan solely because they lose their gear. It's an alpha, if you can't laugh at the exploits then you're missing out on half the fun, especially when it causes crying.I'll be a retarded moron all day if it keeps me from crying over an alpha build of a mod on a game that's three years old that had a great MP community until it got overrun with cry baby carebears.I'm sure if there were hackers in ArmA 2 you'd be crying too. Fact of the matter is, hackers cause people to rage in any game. There's no reason to hack in ArmA 2. Not even for lolz since it's more fun to make something like the battlebus than it is to hack to piss people off.Just to save you some time, you're right maybe I would rage, but I don't play games that have hackers, there just isn't a need. I'm laughing at this new community we have that has brought along this awful feature into a previously hacker free title.

i wub pugs 16 Posted June 13, 2012 So I can't come on and check around the forums when new developments are in the works? Thanks for trying.I can still play with the hackers, but I'm not gonna cry about them. The dev knows and it's being addressed, but that is never enough for this community, we have to have videos in 10 threads.

Of course you can do whatever you please. But to come to the DayZ forum and start blabbing about how it has ruined the game, introduced hackers, brought all these "kids" and such, is a pretty stupid thing to do. This thread was started because peoples gear was lost in an unfair manner. I don't think it was started to flame the devs for a fix, but for enlightenment and to make sure the issue is known. And then you come in and say all these stupid remarks about how its funny that people complain that they lose their gear to a hacker. So what if people are attached to their gear? That's none of your business. I personally, and a causal player. I wouldn't really care, hell, I may even laugh about it like you said. But that isn't everyone. All of your posts (in this thread) have been negative toward DayZ. We brought hackers, we are a terrible community.

Consider it my release for reading hundreds of crying threads about bandits and colds and disappearing gear. It's all funny, just like this thread is funny. Everyone on hear is crying about something including you and me.Got a worthwhile suggestion, do what I've done and go to the suggestion thread and post MECHANICS NOT CRYING. BiggityBatse 0 Posted June 13, 2012 Read my very short post history, I haven't complained about this mod a single time. I realize it's in Alpha. I realize there are going to be bugs and things that go wrong. My only issue is with your posts in this thread. You are complaining about how DayZ and it's community destroyed ArmA II. And then you are giving shit to the OP for posting a thread about people falling from the sky. I don't know what the original intention of his post was, but stuff like this needs to be known. Does it require an insta-fix? Of course not. Rocket and the dev team have their plate FULL. But if things like this aren't brought to light, how do you know that they even know the problem exists? i wub pugs 16 Posted June 13, 2012 I don't think Day Z destroyed ArmA II, Day Z players don't play ArmA II.Day Z is just a mod for ArmA II that draws in the hacking sort because it brings in a grinding attitude like BF3 or COD, but Day Z does not translate into vanilla ArmA II. I never said it destroyed ArmA II, I simply said ArmA II didn't have hacking until Day Z came along, so really, Day Z has hacking, ArmA II does not.I play Day Z because it's fresh, but the current build is stale so I'm waiting for 1.7.1. I also get that it's an alpha and that it has a fuck ton of dipshit players that have brought along really immature play styles from other games, but that is part of the mod isn't it?Maybe you've seen one of my quotes around in people's sigs. I want everyone to die in this game, I'd love to see falling become a feature! And I really don't care what your opinion is, you just got butt hurt because I said some mean things about the Day Z community.I picked this thread because we had a bunch of other threads just like it get moved by mods/admins. They are aware of the hacking.Btw, since this is an alpha it's best to have all this fun and games now, so that's why I laugh at it but not as much as people crying about gear loss, which is the NUMBER ONE FORM OF CRYING ON HERE.
