Audio is Low

Randomly my audio got EXTREMELY low. All sound in game is so low i can bearly hear it. Gun shots, People talking, even if they are next to me. Everything is set to high, My desktop, In Game audio is up. Any idea?

I get this occasionally when I am low on health/injured, even after I am back to full health, usually I just leave the game and rejoin to fix it.

I did have low health at one point but i have joined multiple servers and still the same. I'm at 100% blood now and still the same-

And

I've had this issue before. Mixer wasn't set low, everything was turned to normal values. I was just running through cherno, when suddenly I noticed I was no longer hearing my footsteps. Turning around I see 3 zombies chasing me, which I COULD NOT HEAR. I must say that was in my top 5 most terrifying dayz moments ever. Deafness in Cherno.
