Blowing up tents

I started to play DayZ again, after the last patch. Not so much as before but still quite a bit. Anyway - I've been looking for a car on my home server. It means I've been exploring outskirts hoping to find one in the bushes. During my search I've found like 6 camps. 4 of them got satchel charges inside. So i blow them up. My question is if the camps will be back after a restart or they're gone for good? I don't know if I'm trolling properly or just wasting my time...

Just being a dick to the camps that have satchel charges stored (How stupid you need to be to keep smth like this), and most of them got like 5 NVG's, Rangefinders, and few pieces of high-end sniper rifles inside too. So I believe they belong to dupers.
