Green Mountain, Moutain Dew, Now this?!

Recommended Posts

So everytime I manage to come across a Coyote Backpack (Biggest Ones) either by killing a Sniper on a hill at Elektro or finding a dead body in a building. I always delete it on accident.

It took me 30-45 minutes of flanking and avoiding sniper shots yesterday to get behind these snipers and kill one with a Lee Enfield. I dropped the coyote on the ground, put on my Ghille and it still deleted it and gave me a Patrol!

Then I find this one on a dead body, place my Alice on the ground pick up the Coyote and when I go to loot my backpack I accidently hit "Take Alice Pack". Then it gave me my Alice and deleted the Coyote. I'm like Bad Luck Brian with these Rare Packs.

Don't ever drop your backpack to put on a ghillie or camo, it's dangerous and dumb.

What you need to do is, before you put on the clothing, abort and then come back in.

This saves the backpack so when you put on the clothes, it won't go away.

Also, don't drop your backpack to pick up another one, then loot yours.

What you do is, open the backpack you'll be taking, open yours, transfer items, then take the new backpack.

Drop it on a flat surface, roads and pavement are best. Then change. Just a quick tip. You can lose it on hills and tall grass.

Never use the "drop" button, unless you're throwing stuff away.

Use the < arrows > on the left side of the inventory window instead.

I've never had trouble finding an ALICE at least.

People killing for backpacks are silly.

But the coyote has four more slots and most of us have killed for a lot less, like damn that guy scared me.

Edit: I always drop mine then put on the ghillie and have never lost one thing. But the guy who said logoff before putting on the new skin is right, it will save your new backpack properly if you do that first.
