Search for Vi 400 in DayZ Commander. We have a Linger and a Chernarus server on ViLayer's hive. Our Linger server has only been running for 2 days so a lot of the vehicles are still up for grabs.

The majority of the time I'm sitting at my desk keeping an eye on server chat and the logs. That way I can deal with hackers almost instantly. I'm also contantly checking loading times and when they get more than 3 minutes I'll do a restart.

Plus we have a public Teamspeak that people in the server jump in.

You're more than welcome to come give it a try. I'm sure you will enjoy it.
