Not really a gameplay feature.. well maybe, but for the standalone, make the players profile be like their License. Despite all the chaos im sure most people would have their wallet on them. so maybe if you kill someone you can take their wallet and/or their license would be like a trophy? Just a thought.

Good idea, but I would like to see another way to obtain them because if killing people is the only way to get them, it just gives people even more of a reason to snipe and KoS.
