I need morphine for my legs, and some food! I stopped the bleeding from my fall, but I cant crawl back to civilization!

Im in Skalka, far NW of Chernarus. Im in normal survivor clothing, fairly new to the game, but Ive just found a sniper rifle, and a load of the in game essentials and I really dont want to lose this character!!!

Blood Loss/Very low on blood. Im on top of a building in Elektroslvadsk, have smokes so if you come by air I can smoke signal you. Please help, Im running low on supplies so plz hurry if you can. finally found a weapon to defend myself but now I cant see -.- and the worst part is that its because of a glitch
