Lingor Island

where can i download the Lingor Island, do i just install it or do i have to place it in my files somewhere and is it worth getting?

I'd recommend using DayZ commander. It lets you install lingor though the update function. Its the easiest way IMO. You'll have to enable the mods in the main menu of the game, or else people are getting an error for missing files.

all you have to do is search "lingor install" and start reading mate ;)

When I installed using DayZcommander all the mods were checked, it was the launch line, that I got off youtube, in Steam that was wrong. Didn't include the Lingor Island file name, hence all the missing files.

DayZ Commander. Go to versions. Press Install.

Some of those guide are either hard to follow if your not really computer literate or in the case of a YouTube video i watched yesterday, just plain wrong.

While it's second nature to some, some of us just starting out installing and running mods, actually find it quite frustrating. Although when i realised the error on my own I was chuffed to bits lol :P
