Help Please?

Hey, I did not know where to post this, but i would like to join this game and realized, That i need to download ARMA2: Combined operations, and then noticed it says i need operation arrow head? can i download operation arrowhead, or do i need the combined operations? any help will be highly appreciated,

combined operations contains operation arrowhead and the normal arma 2 game... it only maters what you launch to play dayz, since it won't work if you dont launch the operation arrowhead game exe

simply downloading OA is not enough to get dayZ running, since you also need normal arma2 files...
