Lost need help.

Hey guys I'm lost and trying to figure out where I am. I know how to read the map problem is I cant really see much of my surroundings. I was playing just now and I was at Zub Castle, when a fellow player that for some reason I didnt notice started unloading his m4/ak(unknown) on me. I ran, and hid and bandaged myself at 1200 blood left. I starting running in what i believe was south, but Im not entirely sure anymore since everything is fuzzy and grey, and I am almost dead. So in any case I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out where I am. I just passed over what looks to be a farm. I didnt see a barn nearby it just looked like I was on a large field of tended dirt. If anyone can help Id be great full. Im trying to make it to elektro so a friend of mine can either give me a transfusion or kill me and guard my body while I come back and claim my things.

Just run around (if you have the beans) until you come across 1) a landmark that you can id on the map or 2) a village/city, most of them have signs at the 'entrances' (they are in cyrillic, but there are maps around with both types of alphabets)

If I'm that far away by myself and I don't have a considerably good weapon worth keeping, I'll just let myself bleed out or die in the gunfight since the time spent running normally isn't worth the gear I would have lost. Besides, you can find most weapons around the popular towns and grab the better ones off corpses on the surrounding areas.
