Horrid voice communication/ quality and it uses a shit ton of resources. If your wanting to make a clan go buy a 15 slot ts server for 40 bucks for a year. Skype can actually be so demanding that it can make your game lag. Also your connection has to be total shit for Skype to lag you, heh..
