Zombie Noises

Recommended Posts

What the fuck is up with zombie sounds when I injure them? I swear sometimes it sounds like they are jizzing. And it's right in your ear like a drill.

I didn't see it in the suggestions here and on reddit, but really the zombies need some custom sounds for when they get hit. I have a nice mic from Russia, and would be glad to send some .wavs. This enhancement seems as simple as overwriting some files.

My favorite noise is when they go: "Oh fuck, that hurts."

Bah, I was beaten to it. :P

Do they really say that?

Fuck that hurts.....

I agree but I doubt we'll see anything like that being changed until the standalone.

More like "Oh fuhck zat hurtz" in a gay-ish Russian voice. Really immerses you into the zombie apocolypse.

they should make zombies talk to each other aswell, for teh lulz ?

As a reference, Dragon's Dogma (a JRPG/WRPG hybrid) got undead enemies.

When still not aggroed, they'll sometime give lines from when they were still alive.

Including, but not limited to;

"My clothes are dirty."

"Where are you...?"

"Hahahaa....."

"I don't want to go..."

"want to go home."

"My baby."

"I don't want to die."

"I'm so hungry..."

"Must...keep...working..."

in a tired voice.

I'd like something along the same lines. Having nearby Zeds address each other and talk nonsense. Of course, make it a RARE occurrence. Nothing spoils creepy like abundance.
