@topic: the bug is no bug. it is just an other way to wright a number down. it is called floating point and used in science over and over. 1 Million (1.000.000) can be written in 1,0e6 what means: 1,0 * 10^6 what is clearly 1 million.

@OP: i don't like your way of playing the game and it is clearly a way of less skill then surviving in the wilderness in the north. So dont be butthurt but I support the general opinion that you should be punished. Every "good" (I don't really want to call it like that but I don't find any other word for it... maybe "honest"... maybe some kind of "self-challenging") player how would have found this weapon would have taken it and bugged it away with his backpack. I would do that so nobody can take such weapons of dead hacker bodies.

I do know what the numbers mean. I'm not in 3rd grade. Just curious as to why they were used.. when someone clearly wouldn't be reaching the billions/trillions. As to you not liking my style, I am sorry. I do agree with you though, I don't necessarily like it either, but with the game being in the broken state it is... "Surviving in the wilderness" isn't the experience it should be atm. So, until some certain things are fixed (Vehicles/tents duping and not saving, artifacts galore at the nwaf, stary, balota, berezino and cherno) I'll continue my ruthless killing spree. It's the only thing that really entertains me currently in the game, and is well within the realm of rules and aside from the hacked in weapon, in the realm of the spirit of the game.

Maybe it is showing off like that cause of a fixed length of the textbox? or maybe it is like excel: just converting when it hits a large number. I would bet on the database which is converting it. Still not a bug ;)

and thats the point why everybody is insulting you in this thread. first: it was made to be a social experiment. second: it was not MADE to be a dickhead, It was made to do like you were in a real survival-situation. There are many things in a real life situation the I would/would not do differently than I would in the game. But this is a zombie survival video game, and I WOULD shoot anybody, and so would the vast majority of people who are playing this game. The number of care bears who want world peace in the zombie apocalypse versus the number of shoot-on-sight players is a little underwhelming. I'm not the only one who plays the way I do. Still yet, I'm being outcasted and insulted here to no ends. I do realize the unsportsmanlike behavior it is to use the TWS, but I've said one too many times why I am still using it. As soon as it's banned from the game, I will stop using it.

I have found a bunch of hacked weapons from joining 50 man servers at night, the literately spawn next to me and offer them, so I take it a Dupe every single weapon I GET.

I have 10+ TWS and every single L85.

I just wanted to point out: the "game" is ment to be played like it is real life. Thats why you loose everything on death. And to the "I'm not the only one who plays the way I do."-thing: there has to be a beginning, becuase when nobody change things they will stay the same. I think the majority of people on the forums do not play with hacked weapons even if they found them.

I hope so because they registred on a forum about a mod in development and the Only real reason I see in that is to change things to a better way. So maybe you should reconsider playing in another way. The AS50 is common enough to find one and is a good sniper too.

On playing not like a sportsmen: I do shoot guys with weapons, when I think they will notice me, if they don't they can pass (not noticing that I am there hopefully). The only one I went hunting lately (like my sig is pointing out) are snipers around/in cherno/elektro. Maybe I am a carebear, but the game is hard enough on noobs because they don't know how to handle the zombies. There is no need to kill them even faster. Thats why I am killing snipers, if I come across them (for example on a resupply-tour)

People just follow a rule "Kill on sight" I my self did not like going too far up north cause of the artifacts, those damn soldier corpses need to be removed from the game and fixed then added back in again if they're SO important.
