yes you can play OA. dayz is classified as an expansion so you can disable dayz though expansions in the main menu .

Hello there

Or just use many of the mod managers/arma2 launchers like Armarize or the SIXlauncher.

Google for win.

No, you can't. By installing DayZ, you have officially broken the game and there is no way of recovery.

Doesn't make much sense, does it? Of course you can play OA.
